July 4th 2012 ~ My creed

I will have faith in God and faith in his timing

I will respect life and love the unlovable

I will defend the defenseless

I will see beauty in what others reject as broken

I will speak the language of kindness which the blind can see and the deaf can hear.                         (Inspired by quote from Mark Twain)

I will give with joy and receive with gratitude

I will dance in the rain so I might learn to find the positive in every situation.

I will accountably steward what is to given me

I will praise the creator through respect for his creation

I will never forget to look upon the stars. When gazing into the starlit sky, my soul forgets all doubts when faced with such majesty

I will not be conquered by fear

I will trust in the Lord with all my heart and lean not on my own understanding (Context from Proverbs 3:5). When my heart resides in his hands, joy exists which no man or circumstance can defeat

I will be skilled in my work, and in this ability, my hands will labor with delight

I will be a woman who wears strength and dignity for clothing and brings wellbeing to her household (Context from Proverbs 31:25)

I will bring honor and glory to my heavenly father and to my earthly parents
